What we’re known for! We handle just about everything with our in-house team of seven vendors, so you can feel like the honored guests at your own wedding.
Only offered in GA, TN, SC & NC for up to 50 guests plus the Nearlyweds. Takes place at a venue, private property, park, or rental property booked by the Nearlyweds.

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
Our planner will handle and stay on top of everything. We’ll source and manage all your vendors, create a timeline, and coordinate then execute a five-hour day-of schedule with an option to add more hours if needed. We’ll even walk you through getting your Georgia marriage license!
DESIGN & STYLING
We’ll make your moodboard come to life through a detailed design stage and style everything on the day of. You can be as involved as you like or leave the design and decor options up to our talented team.
ALL OF THE FLORALS
We work with some of the best florists in Georgia to coordinate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces, plus a bespoke floral arch for the ceremony, and two floral pieces for the Nearlyweds (like bouquets and/or boutonnieres).
CAKES & CUPCAKES
Includes a gorgeous six-inch cutting cake and cupcakes by our in-house vendor. Select from over a dozen amazing cake and frosting flavors. Delicious vegan or gluten-free options are available!
FURNITURE & DECOR
We include tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, a fully styled lounge, a dessert table, card & gift table, and an arch for the ceremony site. All of the items for the tablescapes including plates, cutlery, napkins, table runners, vases, floral, and candles are also included.
TABLE & WALL SIGNAGE
We’ll handle the signage for your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktails. And you even get to pick one of our three fun neon signs for the reception that say Cheers, Better Together, or Let’s Party!
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
Our crew will fully prepare and set up your ceremony and reception spaces and take everything down once your special day has concluded.

We work with an extensive list of wedding pros like photographers, stationers, and DJs so we’ll help you find, book, and coordinate every vendor or item not included in the cost of the package listed above.

If you’re not in GA, TN, SC or NC but still want the same expertise and peace of mind for your micro wedding, this package is for you and is available worldwide! We’ll work within your budget to design, style, plus source and coordinate all your vendors.
The overall budget or the final number is heavily dependent on the additional vendors and details you choose but we’ll help you select the best options within your budget!

This service includes, contacting and confirming details with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the schedule, setup, and specific requirements.
REHEARSAL SERVICES
Organizing and leading the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and understands the flow of the ceremony.
COMPLETE WEDDING COORINDATION (UP to 10 HOURS)
On the wedding day we will oversee the logistics, manage the schedule, and handle any last-minute adjustments or emergencies.
SET UP & BREAK DOWN
Set up and breakdown of personal items such as place cards or escort cards, seating chart, guest book, signage, programs, etc.

The majority of our couples keep their total budget around $20K- $40k. This number is heavily dependent on the venue you choose and your food options! We have tons of recommendations for all vendor types in a range of different budget options.

We require a minimum of a 10-hour timeframe for whichever venue you choose. This is the time needed for setup, event time and tear down. We offer a great selection of venues that we love as a starting point, but you are welcome to use any venue of your choice.

We can adjust the final quote based on the guest count up until the final deposit is due. Please note that a guest count of 50 is our max unless you have upgraded to 65 and paid the additional fee.

We do not provide china, silverware, glassware, champagne flutes or cloth napkins. We do provide disposable plates, silverware, cups and napkins! The other rentals are traditionally handled by either a catering company or a rental company. We can provide you with recommendations for either and will be responsible for coordinating with these companies to ensure everything is set up properly on the day of the event!
